Ademusoyo Awosika-Olumo is a dedicated professional in the growing tech industry. She attended the University of Pittsburgh, where the coursework and experiences for computer engineering gave her the expertise needed to conquer the field. During this time Ademusoyo shifted her focus towards interning, research, studying abroad, and was actively involved in the National Society of Black Engineers. These were the beginning stages of building her foundation for greater opportunities.

After graduating, she went on to become a technical engineering analyst for a top Fortune 500 company. During this time, Ademusoyo led initiatives to build website applications and systems for private equity businesses. Her organizational and analytical skills led her to many other opportunities, including her current position as a senior software engineer.

While Ademusoyo sees her success in engineering as just the beginning, her work cannot be overlooked. She takes absolute pride in being a mentor and advocating for people who can be disregarded or ignored in a profession that can sometimes be difficult to establish power in. Her ultimate goal is to build a legacy that generations after her will be able to feed off of. Ademusoyo had an early epiphany that success is not complete without lending a hand to others. 

Her key values lie within integrity and accountability, with a passion for bridging the gap between various industries. She believes that to be successful in any profession, an individual must be willing to put ethics and moral character first, and if there is ever an unfortunate time that they fail to do that, taking accountability for their actions should be their primary focus.

Ademusoyo continues to work effortlessly in showing other young engineers that it is possible to enjoy the work, make a positive impact, all while changing the lives of those around them.
